WHAT I DO
Strength and Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning is an effective way to achieve any goals you have. each class begins with a warm-up and in-depth look into the movements in the workout. A strength portion is completed at the beginning which focuses on the compound lift, then moves onto a Conditioning workout which involves constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity.
Group Fitness is an excellent way to make friends and meet like-minded people who are willing to encourage each other help each other achieve their goals.
If your goals are to become more mobile. each session is equipped with a specific warm-up for each workout and adapted to mobility goals you may have.
If you have gone through and injuries and are looking for a facility to help you get back on your fitness journey. Fitness evolved is the perfect place to be.
